Located within a heritage conservation area, Seymour required a careful response to its surroundings.
The original structure was no longer viable, but its presence informed the design of the new development. The front dwelling reflects the proportions and detailing of the former workers cottage, maintaining continuity within the streetscape.
Beyond this, the development opens up. Light, space and privacy are prioritised across each residence, supported by practical design decisions that improve access and liveability.
