A layered material palette gives the exterior depth and balance, while internally, volume and light define the experience. A double-height central space anchors the home, with a floating staircase reinforcing the sense of openness.

Thermal performance and orientation were key considerations. Northern light is captured and redistributed throughout the home, while carefully placed openings maintain privacy without sacrificing outlook.
