A balance of heritage and modern living.
Turath was conceived as a long-term development, designed to sit comfortably within its streetscape while introducing a more contemporary way of living.
The site presented significant challenges, requiring extensive earthworks and structural intervention to establish a workable foundation. From this, a series of townhouses were carefully positioned to maximise openness, privacy and ease of access.
Material selection was deliberate. A restrained palette ensures the development will age well over time, maintaining its relevance within both heritage and modern contexts.

TESTIMONIAL“We recently completed a 10 Town-House development in which our aim was to build architecturally designed homes of the highest quality, with a standard of living not previously offered in this style of development in Bathurst. We engaged Chris early in the process to work alongside the Architect to achieve this aim, which proved instrumental in the design process.
We are very particular clients and expected the highest standards and a flawless build and that is exactly what we got. This was not a standard 'run of the mill' build with a lot of architectural features and the level of workmanship and finish is outstanding.
We would not hesitate in recommending Chris and his team, you could be assured of receiving a first class result.”
